Lean Management Laboratory
Raum R 3.095
The Lean Management Laboratory is utilized for research, education, and knowledge sharing with businesses. In addition to lectures, students gain practical experience in a real-world setting learning how traditional manufacturing and administration may be changed into a lean and efficient business. Three main fields of application are used: lean administration, lean production and cardboard engineering.
Innovative structural and process techniques for a lean and efficient business are created and evaluated in the research domain with the use of many analytical and simulation tools.
The lean lab assists numerous Munich-based enterprises in regularly developing best practice techniques in real-world scenarios through frequent and thorough experience exchange.
